Summer is in full swing and we’ve been up to a lot over here at CDS, so I wanted to share with you a little behind the scenes, along with things I love and what is inspiring me (fashion, furniture, apothecary…).

We’re in a season of demo and beginning some very exciting projects, which means we won’t have photos to share until next year, but here are a couple sneakity peeks to show you what we’ve been up to.

Starting with life at home and life with the fam. Our son Max loves to drive, so I’m taking a back seat 🙂

The #oakstreet project is in its infancy and we can’t wait to see this one take shape! We just started with the design concept – see below for imagery we sourced from Pinterest. We’re going with a refined rustic style.

Phase 1 of our #stempterrace project is just getting started with demo! I can’t wait to show the full project with two bathrooms, kitchen, dining, and mudroom reveal. Pictured below is the kid’s bathroom with a classic checkerboard design.

Calnin Design Studio is slated to open this fall… I’m getting a little nervous with all of the things we have yet to do, but sometimes that’s what drives me to keep things moving along!
